Dr Sara Wickham’s website is absolutely jam packed full of information from induction to Vitamin K, high BMI and Anti-D injections.
She is brilliant at unpicking all the research and evidence for you and leaving you with the information you need to make informed choices.
AIMS
The AIMS (Association for Improvements in the Maternity Services) website is another website full of really useful information, and the aim of AIMS is to help women and families achieve the birth that they want.
Emma Ashworth - Birth Rights Activist
Emma Ashworth is a birth rights activist and has written books for AIMS as well as featured in podcasts, websites and other places.
She is the go to for knowing your rights in birth and can help advise you if you are struggling to get your decisions and wishes accepted.

The Birth Rights website is focussed on helping you know your rights and the law in pregnancy and birth. They have loads of factsheets to help you find the latest information on your rights, where they come from in the law and how they are backed up. They cover things such as birth partners, your choice of birth place and consent, plus more.

Spinning Babies Website
The Spinning Babies website is a really useful resource for helping with optimising babies position or adjusting babies position, to increase comfort in pregnancy and help with an easier birth.
Evidence Based Birth
This is an American website but has lots of resources to browse through.
